We are now hiring a Product & Technology Leader eHealth. The ideal person for this role will have the requisite experience, skills, passion and leadership capabilities necessary to drive continued rapid and profitable growth for our eHealth business unit. As a member of the eHealth Leadership Team and reporting to the MD eHealth, the Product & Technology Leader eHealth will play a key role in establishing the technology vision and lead the eHealth business unit’s technological innovation and development. The Product & Technology Leader eHealth will recommend and implement the technical strategy roadmap that will align with our business goals and objectives in support of continuing growth. The Product & Technology Leader eHealth will also need to see their role through the lens of the business, while driving innovative technologies that will enhance the products and services and create a sustainable competitive advantage for the eHealth business unit. Additionally, the Product & Technology Leader eHealth holds the responsibility for developing, administering, monitoring, and coordinating the BU technology budget
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- In sync with MD and eHealth leadership team, define, prioritize and realize product & tech roadmap
- Manage in-house product-tech team, contracted development partners, and head the integrations of partner API's
- Drive performance, efficiency and effectiveness of tech & product team
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Leading all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, strategic planning, design/architecture, customer journeys (macro & micro), execution, deployment, and maintenance
- Building quality assurance and data protection processes, ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
- Working closely together witch Proximus DTI and eco-systems organisation
Profile
- Experience in software architecture and in building digital products from start-up through to scaling and maturity, experience in digital platform business (C2C or C2B)
- Experience with digital healthcare services, knowledge of the Belgian ehealth landscape is a clear asset
- Experience in working with technology partners
- You’ve managed, mentored, and inspired a small team of engineers, tech or product managers, providing architectural guidance, code reviews, etc
- Knowledge of full-stack modern development practices (ex: DevOps, APIs)
- Experience in project management to ensure timely deliverables
- Data-driven to evaluate product-market fit and other aspects of product performance, able to identify insights that will influence future decisions
- An effective leader and team-player who knows how to hire and manage the right talent to develop the team
- Used to interact with eHealth Marketing & Operations domains and integrate their requirements to deliver an optimal customer experience
- Able to react quickly and show flexibility to implement and deploy new flows in an agile way responding to short notice strategic opportunities
- Being open to learn from experiences and applies what is learned to other situations
- Able to think out of the box and to have innovative ideas
