The headquarter has Belgian offices in Brussels, Ghent and Ostend, as well as 8 production plants, 24 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.

**A keyrole as to lead the strategic marketing team. This team of product managers are defining the new service and solution product for Daikin.**

To further shape and develop Daikin’s lifetime service solutions to our customers, we are looking for
***
**Team Leader Product Management Services & Solutions**. You will be the key-person to define and manage the development of Service products for HVAC-R.

You will be responsible for defining and managing the service solution product roadmap based on customer needs, the development of the required capabilities, execution and delivery of a portfolio of service solutions. This role requires technical affinity especially the HVAC-R aftersales.

**Product Management**
- Together with the product managers and the business units leaders you will help to convert the service product strategy and vision for service products.
- Develop the roadmap and manage the development track of all service product such as maintenance, upgrades and overhauls, energy management systems and system controls with the an inspiring vision to all internal and external stakeholders. Working with the team and the affiliates, identify, create and analyse new digital service products ideas and opportunities, test and make analytical judgments to redefine HVAC-R business.
- Partner with the R&D teams and product SBU’s to incorporate quantitative and qualitative consumer data and usability research to drive product development and enhancements
- Lead analysis of customer and product metrics to determine the right product and feature set. Identify and communicate on-going understanding of competitor activity and relevant industry trends.
- Serve as the technical leader for the digital service business products for internal resources and external clients and partners.

**Product Marketing**
- Work with business stakeholders to create and maintain product roadmap(s) in conjunction with customer and internal requirements and plans. Co-responsible for strategic service marketing together with affiliates service management.
- Ensure product requirements and enhancements are captured and managed for product roadmap planning.Interface with operations and affiliates to gather product feedback and KPI data to document and plan future product fixes and enhancements.
- Continually compare with competitive offerings including feature sets and pricing.
- Interface with key-accounts to respond to questions and requests regarding current and future product requirements, performance and impacts.

**Leadership**
- Work cross-functionally with design centers, production units, daughter companies in Marketing, Service and Sales and other leaders to align vision and drive execution.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, research and analysis of technology shifts and trends in the IoT market place. Evaluate technologies and partners leading to buy, build, or partner decisions.
- Use technical acumen to provide design alternatives. As needed, perform assessments and evaluations of technologies to engineering.
- Hire, train, mentor and manage service product team members to advance and improve products and services to be the best in market.Provide direction and prioritization to product and engineering team members ensuring all resources are being optimally utilized and allocated.

**Profile**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably accompanied by an MBA
- Preferably you have experience in business development and product management.
- Service experience in HVAC or industrial,commercial cooling solution (chillers) is a strong requirement.
- You will be located in the EMEA HQ of Daikin and are willing to travel up to 20%.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- People management experience and the ability to inspire people to achieve common goals.
- Skills to create concepts and lead projects.
- Great communication skills and very good English
