Team Leader Customer Service

The Customer Service department is responsible for customer service. For this team, our client is looking for an enthusiastic team leader. As a team leader, you will be part of the operations management team and report directly to the department manager.
**Description**
- You are responsible for the daily organization, planning, supervision and monitoring of your team both in the office and remotely;
- You collaborate regularly with the different operational services, in order to be aware of the evolutions of the business needs as well as of the latest innovations. You communicate these to your team so that your collaborators integrate them within the framework of their function;
- You ensure that work processes are documented and available to the whole team. You also make sure that adequate tools are used so that your team can perform the work in the most optimal way possible;
- You have a general knowledge of the material and products so that you can help and guide your team when needed;
- You ensure that first level controls are performed and documented. You make sure that the controls are reviewed according to the evolution of the tasks;
- You pay particular attention to the aspects of fraud and risk;
- You follow the daily KPI's & backlog of the team;
- You report dysfunctions to your manager in order to explain the impacts, to bring solution proposals and to give visibility to the impacted entities;
- You set priorities/objectives with your team;
- You have the vocation to work as a team, to involve, stimulate and support your collaborators so that they can reach the defined objectives;
- You coach your employees in order to help them increase their skills, to encourage them in their personal development, to motivate them to reach their objectives, and to make them autonomous. You give regular individual feedback on their work;
- You are available, discreet and attentive to your colleagues;
- You are a dynamic and creative team leader who creates and maintains team spirit.
**Profile**
- You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English is an additional asset;
- You are a people manager, with excellent leadership and coaching skills;
- You are organized, dynamic, flexible and punctual;
- You like and know how to interpret figures, you are able to set SMART objectives;
- You are communicative, open to discussion and criticism;
- You dare to take decisions and initiatives;
- You are customer, result and solution oriented;
- You support and encourage your team on a daily basis;
- You like to learn and you surpass yourself;
- You are stress resistant;
- You master Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
