Operational Readiness Manager

Als Operational Readiness Manager draag je bij aan de strategische pijlers en ben je een cruciale schakel tussen de TaWoW organisatie en Telenet Business Customer Service.
Het doel is om op gecontroleerde wijze veranderingen door te voeren zodanig dat de operationele werking van de SME/LE Customer Service organisatie zo min mogelijk verstoord wordt. Je speelt hierin een essentiële rol om iedere vorm van verandering juist in te schatten, bij te sturen en te implementeren in de organisatie.
Verder bepaal je mee de strategisch roadmap en zorgt voor de prio-setting, coördinatie en uitwerking hiervan, en dit steeds met de klant voorop.
Functie
In alle domeinen zal je de initiatieven dienen te identificeren, te evalueren en om te zetten in duidelijke, operationeel haalbare oplossingen. Je zal de vereiste acties identificeren om te verzekeren dat de operationele omgeving klaar is voor de gewenste verandering en de klanten op elk ogenblik waarde kan leveren zonder risico voor operations of de klant.
Je zal de eigenaar van het initiatief helpen om de goedkeuring ervan voor te bereiden. Superviseren van diverse initiatieven in verschillende domeinen met een impact op operations. Van de intake tot aan de overdracht aan de operationele ondersteuning. Identificeren en faciliteren van de beschikbaarheid van cruciale operations resources.
Je zal optreden als key stakeholder in de aanvangsfase van het initiatief, als vertegenwoordiger van SME/LE Customer Operations-organisatie; deelnemen aan de belangrijkste agile ceremonies en optreden als doorgeefluik voor nieuwe veranderingen van de business naar operations. Alsook zal je interne initiatieven helpen vormgeven en zorgen dat deze in de TaWoW organisatie een prio krijgen.
Het verder integreren van TaWoW door de interne organisaties te coachen en te connecteren via de tools en processen. Je bent als het ware een ambassadeur en promotor van agility.
Dit alles ga je onderbouwen met dashboardstructuren om stakeholders een overzicht van de actuele status bij de initiatieven te geven.
Profiel
- Leiderschapsvaardigheden om anderen te motiveren en aan te moedigen en een team te helpen om succes te hebben.
- Ervaring in de vertaling van de behoeften van de business in oplossingen, in een grote, complexe omgeving.
- Ervaring in een B2B operationele dienstverlening is een mooie surplus
- Efficiënt en duidelijk communiceren zodat input juist en volledig wordt overgedragen en opgenomen in de projecten. Zorgt voor een juiste interpretatie
- Proactief informeren over de voortgang van de toegewezen projecten en changes naar alle stakeholders.
- Autonoom kunnen werken
- Goede kennis van Engels
