**What does this job entail?**:

As one of our People Analytics Project Leaders, your aim is to **bring evidence-based insights into the way you lead, manage and deliver HR projects**.

Within Corporate HR (CHR), the People Analytics team has five main activities:

- project management
- analytics use cases
- employee listening
- management information & reporting
- data management

We believe linking KBC’s people strategy with our business strategy is a key element for the success of our organisation and that** leveraging data & insights into action **is the best way to achieve that. Is that something you can relate to?

**What do we expect from you?**:

- Initially, you will mostly support **projects related to wellbeing and designing an attractive work environment**. Always taking into account evidence-based information as well as the human aspect of change.
- You define the project and make sure it is well-executed. This includes **coordinating** the activities of all colleagues and third parties involved in the project.
- You keep an overview of all the activities related to the project and **keep the project stakeholders informed**, including senior management. Thanks to you they know where we stand in terms of progress, deadlines and deliverables. You consult with them on the human aspects of change.
- You bring an **analytical perspective** to projects by working closely with HR Data Analysts and Analytics Advisors.
- If there are roadblocks, you facilitate finding a solution. When colleagues have suggestions to improve or to innovate, you’re happy to work with the feedback.
- You **measure the success of the project **through qualitative and quantitative metrics.

- You’re** familiar with GDPR** and can handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- You have experience in communication with large audiences and with senior management. This also means making technical or analytical insights relatable to a business audience.
- You **look forward to building relationships **with colleagues in different functions, levels and departments across KBC Group.
- You have an educational background in business management or a social sciences discipline. Do you have experience in consulting? That’s a plus
