**Mission tasks**: (non-exhaustive)**
- Lead UX research activities and document it in our Research repository
- Prepare and animate workshops on functional framing, ideation and co-design with business and users, or even on an ad hoc basis for user tests and focus groups
- Collect user needs and feedback throughout the project by implementing appropriate research methods (on-site observations, interviews, user tests, surveys, literature, etc.)
- Create personas through user research and data
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success via measurable criteria
- Identify business processes and use cases, define and formalize user journeys or make recommendations for improvement to existing journeys
- Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Using our Figma design system, realize wireframes and produce clickable functional prototypes with mock data
- Present ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers Contribute to team efforts by actively participating in broader UX Chapter activities such as feedback sharing sessions and knowledge sharing
What you bring:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in UI Design, Interaction Design and Information Architecture in an Agile development environment
- Strong understanding in UI Patterns, design principles and visual design
- Attention to details and works delivered in high standard
- Proficient in design software (Figma) as well as in Miro
- Bachelor or Master´s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Present a compelling **portfolio **that showcases your design projects, emphasizing your problem-solving abilities and the design process. **Applications without a portfolio will not be taken into consideration.**:
- Good knowledge of SAP environments and the different products (Fiori, SAP CRM, C4C, SFdepending on the Product team needs). Limitations of these products and the process flows associated with them.
- Good understanding of SAP components (depending on the type of environment) to be able to develop a prototype and an architecture.
- Use of SAP Fiori for Web Design Guideline & SAP icons explorer.
- Use of Figma for prototyping with the last version of SAP stencils.
- Knowledge of the SAP Fiori Theme Designer and other interface theme creators (depending on the product) to be able to create branding specific to Elia.
- Basic knowledge of SAPui5 and certain UI classes.
- Ability to use SAP libraries, consult the documentation and search the information in the community tools.
- Good knowledge of SAP Build Work Zone.
- Understanding of the SAP Enable Now principle.
