**VOTRE MISSION**

**Pour diriger le département Industry & Biotech chez NRB, nous recherchons un Head of Industry & Biotech.**

**Vous êtes un leader commercial et un People Manager né ? Êtes-vous en mesure de nous aider à développer le secteur Industry & Biotech et à aider votre équipe à performer? Alors vous êtes peut-être la personne idéale pour renforcer notre équipe.**

Dans ce rôle, vous devrez:

- Diriger la division Industry & Biotech et développer une stratégie de croissance axée sur la satisfaction des clients, la maîtrise financière et l'identification de nouveaux clients;
- Construire et gérer les relations avec les clients clés de ce secteur;
- Agir en tant que People manager capable de motiver et d'assurer la gestion d’une équipe de responsables des ventes et du support;
- Piloter la performance de votre équipe sur base d'indicateurs clés de performance en mettant en œuvre des actions correctives si nécessaire;
- Avec votre business partner financier, piloter le profit & loss de votre département, défendre votre business plan auprès du Comité de Direction de façon à obtenir des décisions.

**VOTRE EQUIPE**

Vous rapportez au Chief Commercial Officer, **Jean-Michel Demoulin.**

Vous gérez une équipe principale de 4 Business development managers et de suppport vente.

Idéalement, vous possédez:

- Une licence ou un master en **administration des affaires, en vente, en marketing, en informatique** ou dans des domaines connexes ;
- Un minimum de** 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle **en tant que responsable commercial, cadre commercial ou fonction similaire au sein d'une société de conseil en informatique ;
- Excellente **connaissance du marché informatique **et solide **réseau **de clients, idéalement dans l'industrie et la Biotechnologie;
- Un **leadership inspirant** et de solides compétences en gestion du personnel et en particulier de la performance ;
- Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement où le **rythme **est soutenu et la **pression **élevée ;
- Fortes capacités d**'influence, d'inspiration, de résolution de problèmes et de négociation** ;
- Éthique professionnelle et capacité à développer des **relations de confiance** avec les clients et le personnel ;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la **communication **et à la **négociation **;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite en **français **et en **néerlandais **;
- Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office et CRM.
