Synergie is voor de Vlaamse Overheid op zoek naar een Managing Assistant voor het Facilitair Bedrijf, afdeling Bouwprojecten

Het takenpakket van de Managing Assistant ziet er als volgt uit:
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het beheer en het onderhoud van de website en de sociale media kanalen.
- Daarnaast ben je ook medeverantwoordelijk voor de externe en interne communicatie en het bewaken van de huisstijl.
- Je werkt mee aan de organisatie van events.
- Je plant vergaderingen, stelt de agenda samen en schrijft de verslagen.
- Je voert allerlei administratieve taken uit.
- Je helpt mee met het informatiebeheer van de afdeling.
Onze Managing Assistant beantwoordt aan het hieronder omschreven profiel:
- In het bezit zijn van een diploma Hoger Secundair Onderwijs /een Bachelor diploma.
- Vloeiend Nederlands spreken.
- Een goede kennis hebben van MS Office.
- Administratief sterk in je schoenen staan.
- Goed overweg kunnen met verschillende Social Media kanalen.
- Je bent zowel schriftelijk als mondeling communicatief sterk.
- Van aanpakken weten.
- Zowel zelfstandig als in een team kunnen werken.
Als Managing Assistant kan je rekenen op een tijdelijk interim contract, voorlopig voor 2 maanden (verlenging mogelijk) in een voltijdse tewerksterkstelling van 38u/week in een glijdend uurrooster. 4/5 is bespreekbaar - 2 dagen per week telewerk. Momenteel loopt er een procedure voor een vast contract, waaraan je kan deelnemen.
Je wordt verloond volgens salarisschaal C111 of B111, afhankelijk van je diploma. Naast een maatschappelijk relevante job en een aantrekkelijk salaris, bieden wij jou ook maaltijdcheques. Volledig terugbetaald woon-werkverkeer met het openbaar vervoer en/of fietsvergoeding
