Voor de IT-afdeling zijn we op zoek naar een Change & Problem Manager.
De Change & Problem Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van alle IT-wijzigingen om een stabiele productieomgeving te garanderen. Hij/zij is ook verantwoordelijk voor een proactief probleembeheerbeleid om een betrouwbare en stabiele productieomgeving te garanderen.
Je taken
- Beheren van de Change & Problem Management-processen, in samenwerking met de Proces Methodoloog, en helpen zorgen voor integratie met andere ITIL-processen, zodat de processen effectief en efficiënt worden toegepast.
- Bewaken van de Change Calendar en voorzitten van de Change Advisory Board, om mogelijke conflicten tijdens de uitvoering van wijzigingen te voorkomen en de effectieve implementatie van IT-wijzigingen te waarborgen.
- Bewaken van alle veranderingen binnen IT en formuleren van adviezen en risico's op basis van een grondige impactanalyse met als doel ervoor te zorgen dat veranderingen succesvol worden geïmplementeerd om een betrouwbare en stabiele IT-omgeving te garanderen.
- Signaleren, analyseren en rapporteren van problemen om bij terugkerende incidenten proactief in te grijpen en structurele oplossingen te implementeren.
- Actief bevorderen, bewaken en documenteren van probleemrapportages, om nieuwe incidenten effectief op te lossen.
- Op de hoogte blijven van marktontwikkelingen met betrekking tot ITIL en deze informatie delen met collega's om de IT-dienstverlening up-to-date te houden.
Je profiel
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je hebt affiniteit met technische zaken (IT-infrastructuur in het bijzonder) en kunt goed omgaan met technici. Je wilt betrokken raken en meer leren over deze aspecten.
- Je bent in staat om je aan te passen aan een snel veranderende technische omgeving.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk aanpassen aan je contacten.
- Je bent assertief
- Je hebt een analytische geest
- Je bent nauwgezet en gestructureerd
- je bent flexibel en stressbestendig
- je bent in staat om verschillende taken uit te voeren, waarbij je vaak van de ene taak naar de andere van een andere aard gaat
- u bent proactief, u beheert uw tijd goed en u behandelt uw dossiers op tijd
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands en een goed niveau van het Engels
- Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar je bent ook in staat om zelfstandig te werken
