Laat alles vallen en lees deze vacature indien jij de communicatieve, gemotiveerde sales advisor bent naar wie wij op zoek zijn. Je staat klanten onder andere telefonisch te woord en helpt hen verder weg bij hun vragen. Dit doe je met een verkoopgerichte visie. Je wordt ingezet op een project van Proximus van het bedrijf.
Is dit voor jou nieuw? Geen paniek. Het bedrijf investeert in een uitgebreide opleiding waarin je helemaal kan groeien, zowel op professioneel als op persoonlijk vlak. Je krijgt info over het project zelf, maar ook tips over hoe je je klantencontact kan optimaliseren via telefoon, mail en chat.
**Profiel**: Wie ben jij?
- Je haalt tonnen energie uit klantencontact via de telefoon, chat en mail.
- Dit doe je op een klantgerichte en service-minded manier. Je gaat all the way voor je klant.
- Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig.
- Je bent zeer flexibel wat betreft planningen.
