**Fonction**:
The purpose of this role is to coordinate product management for the Toyota and Lexus brands. Reporting to the Marketing & Customer Experience Director you will take the lead in market & competition analysis, product range, pricing and interaction with Toyota Motor Europe.
Your responsibilities:
**_PEOPLE MANAGEMENT_**
- Plan, set & monitor goals for the team (4 people)
- Motivate teams and help them to strive for excellence
- Support employee team development on the job and with training
- Team-spirit: ensure members of the team work well together
**_PRODUCT MARKETING_**
- Contribute to the global marketing strategy by defining a product strategy aligned with the overall strategy
- Lead the analysis of the m**arket** (car segmentation, trends, customer profiles )
- Manage the **definition** of our models (line-up, specifications)
- Define the model **pricing** (compared with the competition) & lead the pricing discussion with TME/LED
- Identify the **USPs** of your products (communication content)
- Follow-up competition and the **competitiveness** of your products, their **market performance **vs the objectives set by the organisation and their **lifecycle**:
- Share & discuss all the elements above with conquest & loyalty teams
- Improve our current **systems** and DBs in order to increase efficiency, correctness & customer friendliness
- You ensure a coherence between cars & the **accessories **in order to increase revenue
- You contribute to the planning of the production process
- You contribute to the communication campaigns, when needed
- When needed coordinate the events with the PR Manager (launch new car, )
**_MARKET INTELLIGENCE_**
- Follow-up competition and the **competitiveness** of your products, their **market performance **vs the objectives set by the organisation and their **lifecycle**:
- Lead the analysis of the **m**arket** (car segmentation, trends, customer profiles )
- Share & discuss all the elements above with other team
**INTERNAL COMMUNICATION**
- Create a close & an efficient relationship with the dealers & the regional sales managers
- Inform & enthuse Tbel about the new products
**Profil**:
- Bilingual French/Dutch (spoken and written) with a very good knowledge of English
- You combine your master’s degree with at least 10 years experience of which 5 years in product management in the automotive sector.
- You are a real people manager and get energy out of managing a small team
- Collaborating with other people is in your DNA
- You are data-driven, have a sense for analysis and an agile mindset
- You have strong communication skills and focus on transparency
- You like to take initiative and ownership with the necessary passion and resilience
