- Waaraan mag je je verwachten?- Na een eerste aangename kennismaking binnen **ons splinternieuw kantoor **(spring zeker eens binnen) met jouw toekomstige collega's, krijg je de kans om volledig **ondergedompeld te worden in de wereld van verzekeringen.** **Theorie, maar ook praktische cases** zullen je overtuigen dat verzekeringen geen droge materie zijn Brand, overstromingen, schade aan derden, het zijn allemaal risico's waar wij, als echte partner, **met veel enthousiasme onze klanten over adviseren**

Naast deze **technische opleiding,** kan jij rekenen op een **Sales Coach én Teamcoach **die klaarstaan om jou **maximaal te begeleiden** in de **wereld van onze klanten**. De ontwikkeling van jouw soft skills staat daarbij centraal. Weet dat we vanuit ons omnichannel model de klanten binnen deze rol trachten te bereiken via **telefoon, social media, chat, mail, whatsapp,**Uiteraard word je gedurende dit Traineeship begeleid tot je zelfstandig een bijdrage kan leveren voor onze klanten (en nadien ;)).

**Kwaliteit, menselijkheid en proactiviteit **zijn sleutelwoorden in onze service. Intussen heb je je weg gevonden in onze besturingssystemen en ben je in staat om de **behoeften van onze klant te analyseren om gepaste (verzekerings)oplossingen voor te stellen.** Samen met je collega's streef je naar een **maximale commerciële groei**
- Naar gelang jouw interesses, competenties en achtergrond kan je in vele richtingen **doorgroeien **binnen Ethias.

**Met welk profiel kom je in aanmerking?**:
De '**Goesting**' vinden we graag terug binnen **drie essentiële domeinen**: Je houdt ervan om **klanten te adviseren en overtuigen (1)**, je te **verdiepen in de verzekeringen die Ethias aanbiedt (2)**, j**ezelf te ontwikkelen (3). **Bovendien bezit je vandaag al enkele skills die je verder wil uitdiepen, zoals relationele vaardigheden, **resultaatgerichtheid **en oplossingsgericht denken.

Enkele andere voorwaarden zijn:

- Je bezit minstens een **Bachelordiploma of Masterdiploma (geen specifieke richting vereist).**:

- Je hebt maximaal 2 jaar ervaring
- Je kan autonoom werken maar bent ook een **teamplayer **die terecht komt in een **dynamisch team**.
- Je bezit over een goede portie mensenkennis en bent **flexibel**:

- **Veelvuldig klantencontact** (telefonie, chat, video) schrikt jou niet af
- Je bent op zoek naar een uitdagende, resultaatgerichte en klantgerichte functie waarbij veel variatie jou niet afschrikt.
- Je spreekt **zéér goed Nederlands** en hebt een basisniveau van het Engels (Frans is mooi meegenomen maar zeker geen must)
