**_Formation et expérience_**
- Diplôme universitaire en Business Analysis, en Statistiques, en Santé Publique, en Développement International ou dans un domaine similaire est obligatoire
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans la collecte et l'analyse de données qualitatives et quantitatives
- Expérience ou savoir-faire dans le domaine du Monitoring & Evaluation est obligatoire
- Expérience ou savoir-faire en Monitoring & Evaluation dans le domaine médical et/ou éducatif est un atout

**DESCRIPTION**:
**CONTEXTE**:
- L'Académie MSF pour les Soins de Santé est une initiative qui a été créée pour renforcer les compétences du personnel médical et paramédical, dans le but d'améliorer la qualité des soins de santé pour les patients que nous assistons dans les projets MSF._
- Les équipes de l'Académie sont présentes en République centrafricaine, au Soudan du Sud, au Mali, en Sierra Leone, au Nigeria, au Yémen et au Burkina Faso. L'accent est mis sur le personnel recruté localement, en particulier dans les pays où les manques en matière de ressources humaines pour la santé (human ressources for health, HRH) sont les plus importantes (par exemple, le personnel infirmier dans les hôpitaux soutenus par MSF). Au-delà des projets MSF, l'Académie assure également la liaison avec les autorités sanitaires pour une reconnaissance conjointe de ses programmes d'apprentissage et un soutien aux programmes gouvernementaux. Actuellement, nous menons plusieurs programmes, notamment le « Outpatient care initiative », le « Postgraduate Diploma in Infectious Diseases » (PGDip ID), le « Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Humanitarian Leadership » et le « Antimicrobial Resistance learning » (AMR)._
- Nous disposons d'un portefeuille croissant de projets répondant à des objectifs d'apprentissage spécifiques pour différentes catégories de personnel de santé de MSF. Tous ces projets, choisis en fonction des priorités opérationnelles et médicales globales de MSF, prennent de l'ampleur et de la complexité._
- Notre objectif est de maintenir la même approche pédagogique globale dans tous les projets de l’Académie MSF : un apprentissage par compétences ; une formation dans le cadre du travail avec la présence de tuteurs ou de mentors cliniques ; et chercher à obtenir des accréditations appropriées pour toutes les formations, souvent en collaboration avec des instituts d'enseignement partenaires._
- Les équipes de l'Académie s'agrandissent avec une « équipe globale » de 26 personnes composée du directeur, du directeur adjoint, du manager des ressources et de 3 chefs de projet, ainsi qu'une solide équipe technique d'experts médicaux et/ou en sciences de l'apprentissage pour soutenir les projets, et un groupe de tuteurs et de mentors à distance. En outre, l'Académie dispose également de plusieurs équipes nationales où nous déployons nos activités d'apprentissage en personne, atteignant jusqu'à 70 membres dans l'équipe._
- En tant que _**_Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & learning (MEAL) Officer_**_, vous serez le point focal pour le cadre global de Monitoring & Evaluation de toutes les initiatives de l'Académie MSF, représentant à la fois les progrès dans les activités et les étapes, mais aussi pour démontrer l'impact de nos programmes d'apprentissage, en se basant sur des données quantitatives et qualitatives. Les données proviendront soit de la base de données Acadata, soit de la base de données Kobo, soit devront être organisées dans des fichiers sources spécifiques qui devront être structurés. Cela impliquera la conception de schémas de représentation de nos indicateurs et de notre progression, le développement de tableaux de bord dans PowerBi, et le développement de compétences au sein de l'équipe pour utiliser et améliore
