- Je deelt **verantwoordelijkheden **uit aan je team en geeft **feedback **over de **ontwikkeling **van **technische **oplossingen**:
- De **eindverantwoordelijkheid **van de **oplossingen **die jij en jouw team **ontwikkelen**, ligt bij jou
- Je stippelt het** korte
- en lange termijn **beleid uit en betrekt hierbij de **stakeholders**:
- Je stelt **KPI’s** op en zorgt ervoor dat de **verschillende **teams **deze **doelstellingen **behalen**
**Functievereisten.**:
- Je beschikt over een **masterdiploma **in een technische richting (**elektromechanica**, automatisering,..)
- Bovenop heb je** meer dan 5 jaren ervaring in een managementrol**:
- Professioneel vaardig in **NL-ENG**:
- ** Buitenlandse verplaatsingen schrikken jou niet af**
