In deze rol werk je vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen-Berchem heb kom je terecht in een gedreven team van 15 ervaren collega's.

**Wat doe je?**
- Je geeft advies over de brandpolissen van Baloise en zoekt steeds naar een oplossing voor het volledige verzekeringspakket van de klant.
- Je maakt een risioco-analyse bij nieuwe aanvragen en durft een gefundeerd standpunt innemen.
- Je maakt offertes, nieuwe zaken en bijaktes (waarin onderhandeld moet worden) op.
- Je beantwoordt vragen van zowel makelaars als je interne collega's.
- Je denkt proactief na hoe je de werking van je dienst kan verbeteren en bouwt zo mee aan de groei van je team.
- Je zorgt mee voor een goede teamsfeer en ondersteunt nieuwe collega's via een on-the-job opleiding.

**Wat verwachten wij?**
- Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma of hebt minimum 3 jaar gelijkwaardige ervaring in de verzekeringswereld.
- Interesse om je brand-technische kennis uit te diepen? Nog beter
- Je kan vlot en professioneel communiceren met onze makelaars.
- Je ziet makkelijk commerciële opportuniteiten en bouwt graag mee aan de groei van je klantenportefeuille.
- Je bent klantgericht en zorgt ervoor dat je dossiers correct en tijdig opgevolgd worden
- Je bent een teamspeler en werkt graag nauw samen met je enthousiaste collega's.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Goede kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
