Als NV van publiek recht is A.S.T.R.I.D. onderworpen aan de wetgeving op overheidsopdrachten. Voor het aankopen of inhuren van diensten en goederen dient in functie van de geldende reglementering de geschikte procedure gekozen te worden. Als procurement officer ondersteunt u de aankoopverantwoordelijke in het aankoopbeleid en maakt u deel uit van de directie Administratie & Financiën.
**Functie**:
- U bent vertrouwd met het uitvoeren van marktprospectie en de selectie van potentiële leveranciers.
- U ondersteunt de dossierbeheerders in de organisatie voor wat de aankopen betreft.
- Dankzij uw kennis van overheidsopdrachten kunt u de geschikte procedure selecteren op basis van de geldende reglementering en administratieve regels.
**Profiel**:
- U hebt aantoonbare praktijkervaring in aankopen van diensten en goederen bij voorkeur in een context van overheidsopdrachten.
- Ervaring in een IT- of telecom-omgeving of bij Defensie wordt als een voordeel beschouwd.
- U hebt ervaring met het uitschrijven en evalueren van aankoopdossiers (voornamelijk IT- en telecom-materiaal). Ervaring met overheidsopdrachten en bestekken wordt beschouwd als een voordeel.
- U bent nauwgezet en hebt oog voor detail.
- U kunt vlot omgaan met diverse programma’s in een M365 omgeving. Ervaring met 3P wordt gezien als een pluspunt.
- U hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en u kunt zich bovendien behoorlijk uitdrukken in het Engels.
- U kunt zelfstandig werken, u bent leergierig en u hebt zin voor initiatief.
