Om het HR Communication team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een internal Communication & Change Expert.
Taken:
- Je maakt deel uit van het HR Communication team dat verantwoordelijk is voor alle communicatie die betrekking heeft op HR-onderwerpen en bestemd is voor alle personeelsleden van AXA in België.
- In het kader van een project voor de implementatie van een nieuwe versie van het HR-portaal, zijn we op zoek naar een communication expert:
- In het kader van het project help je bij het schrijven van artikelen: verwijderen, aanpassen, en aanmaken van artikelen met aandacht voor de “tone of voice” en de nauwkeurigheid van de informatie door contact op te nemen met de verschillende technische experts
- In ondersteuning van het team help je bij de dagelijkse taken: je schrijft en publiceert artikelen op het interne portaal, verstuurt nieuwsbrieven, helpt bij het schrijven van FAQ's, slides,...
- Je stelt gepersonaliseerde mailings (mail merge) op en je beheert ook de verzending ervan.
**Jouw Profiel**
- Je beheerst de tweede landstaal uitstekend en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt ervaring in HR-communicatie en affiniteit met "employer branding"
- Je beheerst de MS Office-tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint) en kan werken met specifieke communicatietools (video, grafische vormgeving, etc.)
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig, je bent in staat om binnen een strakke deadline artikels en andere communicatie te schrijven.

- Nauwkeurig, autonoom, proactief
- Creatief
- Polyvalent (schriftelijke redactie, organisatie van evenementen, ontwerp en realisatie van audiovisueel materiaal)
