**Job description**:
Are you the new colleague we are looking for?
As an Account Executive for Salesforce, your mission is to use your social and analytical skills to identify your client's needs. You will then propose a customized solution to take their business to the next level.
Salesforce is a CRM cloud platform that helps companies manage customer data, automate processes and improve customer relationships in sales, marketing and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Initially, you will receive intensive training through our Sales School and accompany one of our seniors in the field during his/her commercial calls. After that, you will be responsible for:
The entire sales cycle from A to Z:
- Business development: you search and identify potential customers and contact them directly. You constantly look for new opportunities
- Needs qualification: you ask questions, actively listen and build a customized solution that adds value and meets the prospect's needs
- Customized demo: you present the solution in detail to the customer and adapt it according to the questions and needs
- Negotiation: in advance you discuss with your manager the negotiation strategy and your possible margins. During negotiations, you can independently discuss the terms of the contract with your future client.
- Signing the contract: bingo The prospect becomes your client ;-)
- Follow-up at start-up: you are in constant contact with the Easi project managers for a qualitative follow-up of your sales and a smooth transfer to the consultants
Build strong relationships with key people at Salesforce.
Work closely with your colleagues in both technical and business areas to achieve sales objectives.
Achieve semi-annual goals both individually and as a team.
Proactively manage a customer portfolio by closely monitoring their needs and providing customized solutions.
