**Business Administrator Medical Imaging (h/f/x)
Jo, responsable des finances et du contrôle de gestion dans le secteur des équipements d'imagerie médicale de Siemens Healthineers, vous attend pour renforcer son équipe d'experts. Vous serez responsable des activités financières et administratives lors de l'exécution des projets pour la partie "In Vivo EQ" de Siemens Healthineers.

Vos tâches et responsabilités:

- Vous êtes responsable des activités financières et administratives pendant l'exécution des projets de l'entrée de la commande jusqu'à l'acceptation provisoire.

Cela comprend les tâches suivantes:

- générer les confirmations de commande et les garanties (si nécessaire) et la demande d'acompte.
- créer et exécuter le contrat de vente dans le système ERP et gérer les modifications demandées dans les contrats.
- passer les commandes (internes / externes) et vérifier et approuver les confirmations de commande et les factures des tiers
- suivre les flux logistiques et les délais avec les chefs de projet
- surveiller les coûts des commandes et traiter les coûts de non-conformité (avec escalade respective)
- exécuter la facturation (sur la base des conditions de paiement convenues dans le contrat de vente) et émettre des notes de crédit (si nécessaire)
- vérifier les conditions de garantie
- compléter les documents pertinents
- Vous réalisez toutes les activités locales de clôture de fin de mois liées aux projets, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le centre de comptabilité.
- Vous apportez votre soutien aux activités de nettoyage des données, aux contrôles de qualité des données et aux activités de préparation de la migration des données vers un nouveau système ERP.

**Description du profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat en économie, en comptabilité ou équivalent.
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans un poste similaire dans une entreprise multinationale
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'analyse et la manipulation des chiffres, vous avez de solides compétences analytiques et comptables, et pouvez démontrer une expérience pratique d'Excel.
- Vous avez une appétence pour les outils numériques
- Vous êtes orienté solutions et résultats, structuré et organisé.
- Vous maîtrisez SAP, ce qui sera un véritable atout supplémentaire
- Vous pouvez établir des interactions positives et savez comment traiter avec différentes parties prenantes et cultures. Vous souhaitez faire partie d'une équipe.
- Vous avez une excellente connaissance du français, du néerlandais et de l'anglais.
- Vous êtes flexible et pouvez gérer une multitude de tâches sous la pression du temps.
- Vous êtes passionné par les soins de santé
