**Senior IT Support - Unified Communications**

We have an opportunity for a Senior IT Support - Communication Systems to join our dynamic Technical Resource Group team in the region of Zaventem.
**What You'll Do**
Working as part of a dynamic team you will be providing third line on-site support. This includes analyse incidents, problems & service requests, propose solutions and help implementing them. You will also be responsible for any escalation and follow up.
Some of the daily activities are:
- Provide high end meeting room support
- Provide support for large events
- Maintain and update of Documentation for implementations
- Enable or disable Teams policies for users
- Support multiple countries within Europe for incidents and requests
- Monitor +700 meeting rooms and phones in a Microsoft environment
- Implement new projects within a UC environment
**What You'll Need**
- Intermediate networking skills are a requirement
- Basic experience level in security
- Excellent experience in Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of MTR meeting room systems
- Excellent customer facing and communication skills; adaptable and welcoming of change and communicating change to customers
- Willing to take initiative and be hands-on
- Very good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and good command of Dutch and/or French
- A valid driver’s license B
