**Jobinhoud**:
Ons team Consultancy services ondersteunt deze opdrachtgever door het inzetten van de juiste specialisten voor het realiseren van hun projecten. Op dit ogenblik zijn wij op zoek naar een **Portfolio Manager Algemene Diensten** die een team van +/- 8 personen zal aansturen.

De Algemene Diensten zijn o.m. verantwoordelijk voor alle infrastructuur, gebouwen, wegen, bouwkundige structuren, bouwkundige technieken, verdeling van energieën, kraanbouw,

Scope **:projecten voor residentiële gebouwen**
- Gevels en daken (inspectie, onderhoudsprojecten, herstellingsprojecten,)
- Vloeren, wanden, deuren, schilderwerken, sanitair, douches,
- Liften, verlichting, elektriciteitskasten,

**Takenpakket**
- Beheer via een projectmanagement tool
- Toevoegen/wijzigen (nieuwe) projecten
- Zelf projecten uitvoeren
- Controle en coördinatie van de kwaliteit van de projecten van het team
- Bepalen welk resources nodig zijn
- Opmaken resourceplanning
- Beheer van de budgetten
- Communicatie met de afdelingen
- Opmaken presentaties steeringcomités, vergaderingen met de sociale partners

**Profiel**:
Om te slagen in deze job, heb je:

- Technische - organisatorische skills
- Bachelor of master met affiniteit voor cijfers en een algemene technische achtergrond (bouw, elektromechanica,)
- Interesse in bouwgerelateerde projecten
- Goede kennis van de office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Communicatief sterk en zelfstandig
- Organisatorisch sterk en analytisch
- Zeer goede kennis : Nederlands, Engels
- Noties is een plus : Frans, Duits
