The Group Talent Management Team is a dynamic team of learning & development professionals, and is looking for a passionate intern to join as soon as possible for a minimum period of 3 months.
In this function you report directly to the Group Head of Talent and get the opportunity to work in a dynamic learning environment and to focus on the broad variety of training and learning activities.
Your Position
In this role you prepare the specific training offers in all kinds of forms. You will be assisting the team with:
- The preparations (in form and content) of development sessions;
- The preparations of regulatory trainings;
- The design of e-learnings for internal use;
- The structuring and follow-up of all learning offers on the learning platform;
- The follow-up of contracts and licences;
In your role, you work closely together with the HR L&D specialists who are responsible for the content of all learning offers covering L&D needs in the organization.
You contribute to the growth and development of all employees:
- by maintaining a well-structured training and learning platform;
- by making the learning platform easily accessible and user friendly;
- by being creative in the technical set-up of e-learnings;

Your Profile
- You have recently graduated with a master’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources or even a totally different education with an interest in Human Resources;
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command in English;
- You are an excellent team player who gets energized by working with others (internally and externally);
- You are curious to learn about our business as much as about the evolution of the talent landscape;
- A first experience within the financial or service sector would be an asset.
