Profiel:
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma of een equivalent aan ervaring.
- Kennis van Payrolling en Social Wetgeving Je hebt al bewezen een administratieve superheld te zijn gedurende minstens 2 jaar

- .Je bent perfect tweetalig in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk ️.
- Je beheerst de Microsoft Office-suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) als een pro ️.
- Je bent een onafhankelijke ninja, een meester in precisie en een bewaker van geheimen. Als je bekend bent met Primetime en Protime, beschouw het dan als een extra geheim wapen ️

**Functieomschrijving**:
Functie
Als HR Officer ben je de bewaker van de tijd en de super-recruiter van ons team van avontuurlijke piloten. Hier is je geheime missie ️ ️:
Je bent de bewaker van de tijd met ons ultra-geheime Protime-systeem en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de loonadministratie.Je bent de held die antwoord geeft op de oproep van alle medewerkers en hun commandanten
- ️. Je spoort de voordelen en afwezigheden van onze teams op, of ze nu "blue collars" of "white collars" zijn
-️, en je ontdekt eventuele onregelmatigheden.
- Je werft nieuwe teamleden aan, of ze nu experts zijn in "blue collar" of genieën zijn in "white collar", met behulp van geavanceerde wervingsgadgets en samenwerking met speciale bureaus.
- Je beheerst de administratieve kunst om samen met de loonadministratiemeester de salarisadministratie voor te bereiden.
- Je volgt de contracten en facturatie van uitzendkrachten op, of ze nu "blue collar" commando's of "white collar" agenten zijn, en je werkt nauw samen met uitzendbureaus.
