Contenu de la fonction
Assurer les activités d'analyse, pré-étude et de négociation nécessaires au déploiement et à la coordination du réseau télécom avec les autres parties impliquées.
Activités
Contact privilégié des communes de l'est de la province de Liège
- Vous êtes la personne de contact principale pour les gestionnaires de voirie (communes et SPW)
- Etablir et maintenir une excellente collaboration avec ces GVD dans le cadre du déploiement et maintenance de notre infrastructure.
Gestion des synergies
- Etablir et maintenir une excellente collaboration avec les autres impétrants et participer avec assiduité aux réunions de coordination externes.
- Organiser et assurer le suivi des réunions de coordination ;
- Négociation pilotage
- Analyser les impacts sur le réseau et définir les meilleures solutions en tenant compte des design rules existantes.
- Redaction et partage des différents rapports nécessaires.
- Obtention d’accords de prix avec les entrepreneurs, entreprises de construction.
- Se déplacer dans la Province de Liège, afin d'assister à des différentes réunions ou visites de chantier.
- Suivi administratif avec les équipes internes pour permettre l’exécution des travaux en synergie dans les temps nécessaire en respectant le budget défini.
Obtenir les autorisations en domaine publique et/ou privé
- Assurer un support dans des dossiers d’autorisations dans le domaine public et obtention d’autorisations dans le domaine privé (nécessaires avec les autres équipes concernées) et veiller à obtenir ces autorisations à temps afin de permettre l’exécution des travaux dans les délais attendus.
- Etablir et maintenir une excellente collaboration avec les autorités régionales et communales, zone de police etcen charge de la délivrance des autorisations.
- Présenter les plans de déploiement du réseau aux acteurs publics concernés.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le département Group Public Affairs et EBU afin d’assurer la meilleure approche lors de négociations politiques concernant le déploiement et le maintien du réseau fibre optique ou cuivre.
Pré-étude et solutions
- Réaliser des pré-études techniques concernant la construction, la gestion et la maintenance du réseau câble (fibre optique ou cuivre) en vue de réaliser une infrastructure optimale au meilleur prix et en assurant la plus grande satisfaction des clients.
- Adapter l’architecture de nos réseaux fibre et cuivre afin de répondre à des triggers internes (optimalisation du réseau et/ou extension, renouvellement d’infrastructure) ou externes (travaux routiers, lotissements, zonings industriels, demandes de clients):
- En tenant systématiquement compte d’autres triggers possibles dans le même environnement, en veillant à l’optimisation de l’exécution sur les plans de la complexité opérationnelle et du coût total;
- Dans le but d’optimiser l’utilisation de nos ressources en personnel, nos ressources matérielles dans les enveloppes budgétaires disponibles;
- Gérer ce type de projets vers leur phase de préparation et d’exécution du travail, de sorte qu’ils soient pris en charge avec la priorité adéquate.

**Jouw profiel**:
- Bachelier dans le domaine telecom, immobilier, construction, architecture ou expérience équivalente.
Experience
- Une expérience dans le monde des télécoms est un atout.
Skills/expertise
- Vous avez la volonté d’évoluer et d‘apprendre au quotidien.
- Vous êtes capable de défendre votre point de vue face aux entrepreneurs, aux autres impétrants, délégués des autorités, experts, ).
- Vous êtes capable d’assurer l’image de Proximus lors des relations avec les autorités et les autres acteurs externes.
- Vous êtes dynamique, assertif, résistant au stress, prenez vos responsabilités et pouvez travailler indépendamment.
- Vous êtes ponctuel, extraverti et orienté client.
- Vous communiquez aisément verbalement et par écrit.
- Vous êtes à même de rédiger des rapports clairs et précis.
- Vous êtes capable de réaliser et lire des plans.
- Vous êtes orienté teamspirit.
- Vous disposez d’un permis de conduire B.
- La connaissance de l'anglais ou néerlandais est demandée
