Business & Process Management Officer

Our client is a private bank looking for a member of their Business Process & Management team. As a member of the team, you will engage with users and stakeholders, investigate opportunities for implementing improvements, perform audits to test these improvements, and take care of their implementation and communication. All this in order to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
**Description**
- You will work closely with KYC/KYT teams to see where processes can be improved
- You are proactive in developing and implementing these improvements
- You communicate changes/updates in KYC/KYT processes to the DFC team
- You coordinate implementations of changes in KYC & KYT processes
- You review where the KYC/KYT team and other stakeholders in the chain can work better together, and proactively work to implement these improvements
- You are responsible for maintaining & performing periodic quality checks on DFC processes
- You are able to discuss the results of these controls with the 2nd-line-of-Defence (Compliance)
- You are responsible for ensuring timely and complete execution of these actions
- You will ensure reporting and timely preparation of management information
- You will proactively discuss insights from reports with stakeholders
**Profile**
- You have a master's degree or equivalent through experience
- You are fluent in at least French or Dutch, but you can preferably also communicate with colleagues in a mostly Dutch-speaking team. You can speak, read and write English sufficiently well
- You are proactive, well-organized, results-oriented and accurate
- You have an analytical mind with an eye for detail and a critical eye
- Good communication skills (open, transparent, active listening, cooperation, giving and receiving feedback, diplomacy,...)
- You are a team player but can perfectly work independently
- You enjoy working / consulting with different parties and departments in order to achieve your goals
