**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Maintain an empathetic and highly professional attitude towards each online shopper, adopting an on-brand tone of voice
- Follow Consumer Service guidelines and provide proactively feedback to improve it
- Reply promptly to each consumer’s inquiry and updating the helpdesk with the actions implemented to offer visibility on consumer service quality and performance
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to help online shoppers, coordinating whenever necessary with logistic partners and internal stakeholder to get the right information (e.g. follow-up on orders, technical question on products, ) Develop a strong knowledge of our collections and products across fashion and beauty to provide guidance to our online shoppers and support their shopping experience
- Process refunds for returned products
- Consolidate reports on product returns
- Escalate issues to your manager when required Based in Antwerp

**Profile**
- Experience working as consumer service agent for an online store
- Experience in the luxury industry interacting directly with clients (consumer service or store associate)
- Comfortable using helpdesk software (Gorgias) as well as online platform (Shopify) and ERP system (Gencom) to get additional information
- Ability to stay calm and empathic when interacting with clients
- Strong empathy and listening skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a sense of etiquette
- Proficiency with basic software (outlook, word, excel)
- Very organized and detailed-oriented
- Fluency in English and Dutch. French is a plus
