- About the role
- Digital is increasingly everywhere and shapes our consumers purchasing
- habits, requiring differentiated marketing strategies to achieve our
- purpose and reach our ambitions. In this role, you will cover the Benelux
- area and report to the Commercial Excellence (Comex) Head Benelux,
- working in close knit with and coordinating the Digital Shelf Manager
- Benelux daily. The team you will be joining has just been set up and aims
- to be our sales brain.
- Key responsibilities
- Lead the digital commerce activation roadmap for the cluster based on
- maturity level across the Benelux markets and key strategic
- priorities. The roadmap and its initiatives will place Haleon as key
- strategic partner for its customers when it comes to digital commerce
- collaboration and will strongly connect brands, customers, and Net
- Revenue Management (NRM) thinking
- Develop local content management strategy considering shopper/customer
- insights and strongly connecting to category growth priorities
- Deliver and implement digital commerce assets alongside FCP (Find
- Conversion Purchase) framework and improve FCP scores
- Strongly drive performance marketing to (re)define priorities, improve
- asset efficiency and optimize activation to improve FCP performance
- Consistently measure digital shelf performance against defined targets
- Engage with customers in order to improve asset delivery and, ideally,
- build interfaces for automated content updates
- Build strong relationships and work in close knit with Marketing and
- Sales
- Qualifications and skills
- Degree in (digital) marketing, business management, e-commerce, or
- any other relevant field
- Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch
- Minimum 5-7 years prior progressive experience in marketing, digital
- marketing, or e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG or retail
- industry
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills including but not
- limited to consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Strong sense of innovation and creativity
- Experience and at ease with cross-functional projects and stakeholders
- management, including strong relationships-building and communication
- skills
- Knowledge of digital platforms, e-commerce strategies, and best
- practices in this regard
- Agility to adapt to a fast-paced industry and changing business
- environment
