**The job**:
**Strategic**:

- Identify and target new marketplace opportunities
- Development of external partners and software
- Deliver the best consumer offering and promotional concepts
- Work with digital marketing to maximise product discovery and conversion
**Operational**:

- Management of existing marketplaces and product offering
- Development of internal business partners and processes
- Management of key stakeholders
- P&L responsibilities per marketplace

**Analytical**:

- Regular reporting to efficiently report on:

- Sales performance
- Product data quality (Content, Reviews, Promotions)
- Opportunities for brand and product development
- Operational performance metrics
- Strong understanding of commercial and digital KPI's
- Working between the boundaries of a channel management policy to avoid conflicts
- Development of both short and long term goals & objectives

**The profile**:

- Driven professional with a digital mindset
- 3+ years of experience in the management of marketplaces, with a retailer or brand
- Within your field of expertise you define operational processes and turn them into workable plans
- You are familiar with the different marketplaces within the UK & Europe
- Online retail requirements hold no secrets to you (Content, Reviews, Promotions etc.)
- You have a flexible attitude and can handle high work pressures on short deadlines
- Strong communicator; you and can build relationships quickly
- Ambitious & Team Player are natural characteristics
- Working internationally doesn’t scare you, you enjoy travelling within Europe for work with colleagues
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in English
- Location: UK / Belgium
