***Your Impact****:
In a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) SaaS (Software as a Service) company with a team of 40 engineers, 5-10 product managers, and 5 designers, the role of a Product Manager is pivotal for guiding the product development process and ensuring the product meets both market needs and business goals.***

This position is based in Brussels or Paris.

***Key Responsibilities****:

- **_Product Strategy and Vision_**: You will develop and articulate the product vision and strategy by understanding market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape specific to CRM software.
- **_Roadmap Planning and Prioritization_**: You will create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, updates, and improvements based on business impact, customer value, and resource availability.
- **_Cross-Functional Collaboration_**: You will work closely with engineers, designers, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and launch. You will act as a bridge between these different functions.
- **_Customer and Market Research_**: You will conduct continuous customer and market research to identify new opportunities and understand user needs. This will involve user interviews, surveys, and analysis of customer feedback.
- **_Feature Definition and User Stories Creation_**: You will define features and write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering and design teams. This requires a deep understanding of user needs and how to translate them into functional product features.
- **_Backlog Management and Iteration Planning_**: You will manage the product backlog and work with the engineering team to plan sprints and iterations, ensuring that work is well-defined and aligned with the product roadmap.
- **_Data-Driven Decision Making_**: You will use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of new features and changes. This involves setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product.
- **_User Experience and Design Oversight_**: You will collaborate with the design team to ensure the product offers a compelling user experience and interface, which is crucial in SaaS products.
- **_Stakeholder Communication_**: You will regularly communicate with internal stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams, about product plans, progress, and performance. This requires translating technical details into business-relevant information.
- **_Compliance and Standards Adherence_**: You will ensure the product adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements, especially those relevant to data security and privacy in CRM systems.

***About YOU****:

- Master's degree in IT or Business.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SAAS company.
- Ability to address all types of stakeholders, including senior management.
- Excellent analytic skills and ability to strategize.
- Strong engagement and ownership.
- Excellent presentation and listening skills.
- Organized and structured approach to work.
- Strong customer and business focus.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English, and fluency in French is a plus.
