**Description**:
En tant que Technicien Support Informatique, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en fournissant un support quotidien aux utilisateurs à l'aide d'un **système de ticketing**, garantissant ainsi un environnement de travail efficace. Vous serez responsable de la **gestion du stock de matériel informatique** et veillerez à son maintien à jour. Votre expertise sera nécessaire pour mettre en place des **processus IT efficaces** et maintenir la documentation à jour.

**Responsabilités**:

- Assurer le support informatique quotidien pour les utilisateurs.
- Gérer de manière efficace le stock de matériel informatique.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer un suivi optimal.
- Être le point de contact principal en cas de problèmes informatiques.
- Gérer les tâches administratives liées au support informatique.
- Communiquer clairement les informations aux utilisateurs.

**Compétences informatiques requises**:

- Anglais technique.
- Excellente maîtrise de l'informatique et des technologies.
- Connaissances générales en infrastructure, notamment en AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Capacité à utiliser la suite Office pour les tâches administratives et les processus.
- Une expérience avec Sharepoint & OneDrive serait un atout supplémentaire.
