National Field Sales Manager BE

As head of the Field sales team you are responsible for designing, implementing and executing the strategy in the field. You will report to the Sales Director.

Your main responsibilities:

- Based on AOP strategy, you define the priorities of your team and translate them in field targets
- You are responsible for the contribution of the field teams to national objectives (WD, Speed to market NPD, promo plan execution, OPEX,)
- You manage the Field-budget; merchandising
- and IT-support budget
- You are responsible for the training and the daily coaching of the full Field Sales Team (11 Sales Representatives) to increase effectiveness and productivity. You coach, guide, and motivate the sales reps to achieve their own and collective targets.
- You lead and design the field process: field KAM meetings, field calls, field management meetings, field meetings, analyze field reporting, follow-up action plan, etc.
- You will cascade down the field priorities and cascade up critical field information
- You will be participating in multi-disciplinary workgroups
- You will act as primary contact with regional store managers (Cora manager, regional store directors, and owners with several stores in several field sectors) and build strong relationships

- You have a Master Degree or equivalent by experience and you have experience in Sales, Shopper or Marketing (FMCG market)
- You are able to coach sales representatives
- You are driven to achieve goals/objectives together with your team
- You have strong analytical skills and know how to translate these analyses on a simple manner
- You have a great sense of responsibility, are result driven and you love entrepreneurship
- You are a leader with strong communication skills, which you use to actively build your network internally and externally
- You are able to translate a company plan to Field Sales language
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good working proficiency in French and Dutch
- A field experience is a strong plus
