Om ons team te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Assistant Front Office Manager om samen met de Front Office Manager de werkzaamheden aan te sturen waarbij er een efficiënte en uitstekende service aan de hotelgasten wordt verleend.
**TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**
- Assisteren van de Front Office Manager bij het toezicht houden op de dagelijkse operaties van de receptie en gastenservice
- Toezicht houden op het receptiepersoneel, inclusief training, planning en prestatiebeheer
- Zorgt voor een verwelkomende en professionele check-in
- Bereidt alle nodige administratie mee voor met betrekking tot de aankomst en het vertrek van alle gasten (regulars, VIP’s, groepen, etc.)
- Verwerkt reservering, gaat om met annulaties en organiseert transport voor hotelgasten: taxi’s, hotelshuttle, etc..
- Behandelt klachten en schenkt voortdurend aandacht aan de behoeften van de gast;
- Zorgen dat alle gastinteracties voldoen aan de normen van het bedrijf voor klantenservice uitmuntendheid
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om gastenservices te coördineren en problemen op te lossen indien nodig
- Toezicht houden op en onderhouden van receptieapparatuur en benodigdheden
- Ondersteuning bieden aan de Front Office Manager bij het implementeren van beleid en procedures om efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid te verbeteren
- Blijft up-to-date met huidige promoties en prijszettingen van het hotel om ten allen tijde gasten correcte informatie door te geven;
- Bereidt facturen voor en controleert betalingsmogelijkheden, regelt de betalingen bij check-out;
- Draait de nodige rapporten voor housekeepers en management
- Staat in voor de cash handlings
- Controleert dagelijks de ontvangen betalingen van de receptionisten
- Is mee verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van het team: Detecteert de ontwikkelingsnoden van de werknemers binnen de afdeling en organiseert trainingen en opleidingen (intern of extern) i.s.m. Director of Operations en HR
**WAT IS JOUW PROFIEL?**
- Bachelor diploma in Hospitality Management of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- Eerdere ervaring in een leidinggevende functie aan de receptie
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden met het vermogen om een team te motiveren en inspireren.
- Oog voor detail met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Vermogen om te multitasken in een snel veranderende omgeving.
- Flexibiliteit om te werken in verschillende diensten
- Je beheerst Nederlands, -Frans en Engels
