As a Project Assistant:

- Coordinating and assisting in the preparation of materials for negotiations/proposals/presentations/client deliverables
- Organising calendars, client meetings and conference calls, collating and distributing
- Agendas and minutes and performing other related tasks as required
- Ensuring mailbox management, making travel arrangements, etc
- All basic financial procedures relating to engagement time and expenses ,costs and billing
- Compliance management

**The Successful Applicant**:
The person we are looking for:

- Fluent in **Dutch** with a great level in **English**, French is a plus
- You ideally have a bachelor in office management or somethign similar
- Good contact with people, client relations
- Already an experience in an administrative function (this is important)
- Well-organised
- Proactive, Team player
