- Support different managers with their agenda, travel arrangements and meetings
- Reporting and taking minutes of meetings
- Internal and external communication with stakeholders
- Undertake ad hoc projects
- When the need is there (holidays/sickness): reception tasks
- Develop internal contracts and be an active team member

**The Successful Applicant**:

- You have already experience is a similar position
- You speak fluently English and have a good level in Dutch
- You are pro-active and willing to undertake new projects
- You have good communication skills
