**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify problems, conflicts and issues and drive to resolution.
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with management, IT teams, transversal team members and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct kickoff, steering committee, team meetings and other internal/external meetings.
- Organize ‘Lessons learned’ feedback to CC, PMO, Sales, Management, and other involved stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically about issues, to find solutions in limited time frames.
- Exceptional analytical and data analysis skills with strong attention to detail.
Skills required and Qualifications
- Background in home security sciences and proven experience in enterprise project management and customer contact.
- Very good negotiating skills, considering cultural differences across the global arena.
- Experience in managing and driving cross-departmental teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite - Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, and Power Point.
- Strong project management skills - writing and executing project, communication, monitoring, contingency, resource management, quality, and scheduling plans.
- Ability to work in highly demanding and matrixed environment which moves quickly, to work all levels of colleagues (DirCo to frontline) and gain their trust, to think creatively in resolving issues, to work with little direction, filling in blanks toward achieving end goals and milestones.
- Ability to connect the dots and summarize information into a consumable, executive level view.

- As a good Project delivery Manager, you know what you are doing, can initiate new projects as well as face the challenges that come with them.
- You have excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
