Binnen dit verhaal zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Excellence Support Manager die een belangrijke bijdrage levert in het verbeteren van de effectiviteit en efficiëntie van de salesforce.
**Doel**
De voornaamste taken zijn om het maandelijkse performance review proces te ondersteunen, op kwartaalbasis input te voorzien voor de forecast
- en budget-iteraties, op jaarlijkse basis de bottomup oefening aan te sturen en de targetsetting uit te rollen. De ideale kandidaat is in staat om aan het management meer uitleg te verschaffen over de evolutie van onze volumes, omzet en bepaalde trends en die daarbij duiding kan geven over de oorzaken hiervan.
Daarnaast zijn er vooral ad hoc analyses en deepdives, sales funnel analyses op te stellen en verbeteringen hierin aanbrengen,...
**Hoofdtaken**
Support in de opmaak van management rapportering over de commerciële activiteiten
- Variantie-analyses op omzet, volumes, asp tot op klantniveau
- Trends identificeren en opvolgen
- Opbouwen en documenteren van historische kennis over trends en evoluties (tot op klantniveau)
Organisatie van de doorstroming van financiële resultaten
- Maandelijkse briefing van de resultaten aan de sales teams
- Actief op zoek gaan naar verklaringen voor de resultaten in samenwerking met de sales
Organisatie van de financiële rapportering set-up
- Opmaak van de bottom-up targetsetting waarbij de doelstellingen per maand, klant en product in detail worden opgesteld om zeer nauwkeurige variantie-analyse op te maken
- Input voor fcst 1, 2 en 3 en Bud Y+1 op basis van de variantie
- en trend-analyses
Structurele monitoring van de volledige sales funnel opzetten
- In kaart brengen van de pijnpunten in de sales cyclus
- Voorstellen formuleren om structurele verbeteringen aan te brengen
Ad hoc projecten en analyses
- Deepdives op specifieke onderwerpen en managementvragen
- Input leveren voor de migratie naar de nieuwe CRM software
**Technische expertise**
Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Degelijke kennis van de tweede landstaal en een goede kennis van Engels
Affiniteit met Financiële rapportering en digitalisering
Zeer goede analytische vaardigheden, snel de essentie uit grote data-sets uitfilteren
Zeer goede presentatie en visualisatie vaardigheden
Zeer goede kennis van MS Office ( PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI ) Kennis van PowerBI, Knime en Thinkcell is een meerwaarde
Vertrouwd zijn met agile way of working
Gestructureerd en systematisch te werk kunnen gaan
