**Project description**: Our client is currently looking for a Medior Finance Manager who will following up and structuring the run and rolling out of the Crisis management department’s financial data & reporting.
**Responsibilities**:
**Primary Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- follow-up of planning & actions
- making reports and notes of meetings
- summarizing reports and notes of workgroups and keeping all leads informed
- monitor the overall planning and potential risks/issues/elements which are crucial for the successful roll out of the vaccination plan as designed
- serve as a liaison between different team members to ameliorate communication flow and action follow-up
- timesheet & comitted spend follow-up

**Skills**:
**Technical profile requirements**:
- +3y experience as a Finance Manager or a similar role in Health care sector
- +3y experience with Audit, Controlling & Financial administration is a must
- Expert knowledge/very good experience with Data Files
- Expert knowledge of stakeholder management
- Expert knowledge of Agile working methodology
- Expert level time management skills
**Non-Technical profile requirements**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Result oriented & customer centred
- Structured / Organized
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- High accountability and team spirit values
- Very stress and pressure resistant, able to work in indistinct circumstances
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
**Methodology/Certification requirements**
- Master’s Degree OR equivalent through experience.
