Basée en région montoise, la société JDC Airports est leader belge en balisage portuaire, domaine comprenant l'ensemble des luminaires installés au sol et autres accessoires destinés à être utilisés comme aides visuelles pour les pilotes et les autres utilisateurs des installations d'un aéroport. JDC Airports est notamment spécialisée dans l'intégration de systèmes AGL (Airfield Ground Lighting) conformes aux diverses normes aéroportuaires. Les solutions proposées ont un impact clair sur la sécurité (meilleure visibilité des pilotes et du personnel au sol), sur la fluidité du trafic et sur l'empreinte écologique (minimisation des temps d'attente)L'entreprise a déjà participé à plus de 1.000 projets, en Belgique, en France et à l'international. Elle poursuit sa croissance et vise à la fois une présence accrue au niveau aéroportuaire et une diversification de ses activités (éclairage public, secteur ferroviaire, bornes électriques ).
JDC Airports emploie aujourd'hui 80 personnes, dont la moitié en Belgique.
**Mission**
Vous intégrez l’équipe Gestion de Projets et travaillez en collaboration étroite avec les équipes Etudes, Gestion de l’Exécution et Achats. Vous supervisez des projets situés en Wallonie, au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et en France.
Gestion de projets:
- analyse technique et contractuelle des marchés en lien avec le bureau d'études (métré, cahier des charges, limites de l'intervention...),
- identification des besoins des projets en termes de main d'œuvre et de matériel/machines/outillage, en coordination avec le conducteur de travaux,
- négociation avec les fournisseurs et coordination des approvisionnements (après validation des commandes par la hiérarchie),
- établissement d'un planning général de projet/chantier en coordination avec le client, les autres corps de métier du chantier et le chef de centre,
- définition des objectifs de productivité du chantier, suivi du planning d'exécution en lien avec le conducteur de travaux et prise de mesures corrective (si nécessaire) afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés,
- participation aux réunions de planification de l'agence,
- suivi des demandes d'autorisations nécessaires à la réalisation du chantier (consignations, autorisations...),
- visite régulière des chantiers et suivi de la qualité du travail effectué en relation avec le client et le conducteur de travaux,
- gestion rapide des réclamations et des levées de réserves relatives aux travaux effectués.
Gestion commerciale:
- suivi et réalisation des remises d'offres de prix aux clients en coordination avec la hiérarchie et le bureau d'étude,
- participation aux réunions de projet,
- gestion des conflits et réclamations (administratifs, techniques, financiers...) des clients,
- suivi proactif des clients afin de proposer des solutions répondant à leurs besoins,
- développement de la présence chez le client et, à moyen terme, chez de potentiels nouveaux leads et prospects.
Gestion financière:
- suivi rigoureux des états d'avancement des chantiers et des travaux supplémentaires effectués,
- relance des clients et suivi des justifications afin d'obtenir les différents accords nécessaires à la facturation,
- suivi du budget des affaires afin d'atteindre au mieux les objectifs financiers fixés au moment de l’offre.
Gestion d’équipe:
- communication avec les conducteurs de travaux afin de coordonner la réalisation des différents chantiers et établir des objectifs de productivité,
- motivation des équipes,
- définition des critères de sécurité et de performance à respecter,
- feed-back aux différentes équipes en fonction du travail effectué et des retours du client.
**Profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un master technique (construction, électricité ) ou avez atteint ce niveau par la pratique.
- Vous disposez au minimum d’une première expérience réussie en gestion de projets chez un client : gestion commerciale de la relation et des devis, coordination et planification des projets, suivi financier, qualité et sécurité.
- La connaissance du milieu aéroportuaire est un simple atout, au même titre qu’une pratique dans le monde du balisage ou de l’éclairage.
- Vous combinez des qualités d’organisation et de suivi à un relationnel interne et externe de qualité.
- Vous vous exprimez professionnellement en français. La maitrise de l’anglais est un atout.
- Rattaché au bureau de Mons, vous êtes aussi disposé à vous déplacer régulièrement en Wallonie, au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et en France.
- Vous êtes ouvert à des horaires occasionnellement flexibles en fonction des projets.
