For our Business Unit Solutions Management within Group S - Management Services (GSMS) we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Product Specialist
GSMS is providing solutions with a clear mission, vision and strategy. We are digitally transforming specific businesses (HORECA, RETAIL, Service Vouchers,...) and the way these industries handle their HR section. These solutions are, among other things, made to support clients and simplify their HR administration and planning. They have real-time insights of their labour costs and not worrying that they are not 100% in line with labour laws.
GSMS is part of Group S.
As Product Specialist, you ensure excellent product delivery by developing a broad knowledge of a product or range and analyze market trends. You also develop sales, pricing and profitability strategies, recommend improvements, identify opportunities and increase revenues.
- You conduct market researches and, among other things, taking surveys, attend rival’s product launches, etc.
- Via active hunting and networking, you detect needs and convert them into sales of services and solutions and you identify new market opportunities and relay relevant information to your Manager.
- You are responsible for the sales cycle, from the prospecting phase to the signing of the contract.
- During the sales process, you are the SPOC concerning all the product-related questions.
- Together with your colleagues, you develop strategies and business plans and collaboration offers to increase revenue/ benefits.
- You plan and attend the product launches and events.
- You are responsible of the product demonstrations/training for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- You will also formulate helpful recommendations and suggestions to the Technology Team

- You are an excellent bilingual communicator (NL/FR) and are able to to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
- You are able to work both independently and within a team.
- You have strong customer service and analytical skills and work result-driven.
- You are eager to learn more about your products and Sales & Marketing techniques.
- You are passionate about technology and innovation and have the ability to memorize details like product specifications.
- A knowledge of planning tools is a strong advantage for this position.
