**About Our Client**:
- Notre client est l'une des plus importante société de gardiennage en Belgique.
En tant que Billing manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein du département financier.
- Superviser le processus de facturation et veiller à ce que les clients soient facturés avec précision et dans les délais impartis.
- Gérer une équipe de spécialistes de la facturation et assurer le leadership et le soutien nécessaires.
- Élaborer et maintenir des politiques et des procédures de facturation afin de garantir la conformité avec les exigences réglementaires.
- Identifier les possibilités d'améliorer l'efficacité et la précision de la facturation et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour atteindre ces objectifs.
- Examiner et analyser les données de facturation afin d'identifier les tendances et les domaines à améliorer.
- Collaborer avec d'autres services, tels que le service financier et le service clientèle, afin de garantir le bon déroulement et l'efficacité des opérations de facturation.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements sur la facturation et résoudre les problèmes de facturation, le cas échéant.
- Préparer et présenter des rapports de facturation à la direction financière et/ou générale.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Idéalement un bachelier en comptabilité, finance et/ou une expérience équivalente.
- Une expérience probante en facturation et/ou en comptabilité.
- Solides compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion.
- Excellent souci du détail et compétences analytiques.
- Familiarité avec les logiciels et systèmes de facturation.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et de manière indépendante.
- Capacité à respecter les délais.
- Connaissance des exigences réglementaires en matière de facturation et de recouvrement.
- Communique parfaitement en français, l'anglais et/ou le néerlandais sont considérés comme des atouts.
