**Positionner**:
**Vos principales missions en tant que Logistic Manager**:
- Vous êtes responsable de la **gestion des activités d'entreposage** (outsourcé);
- Vous gérez l'**expédition des marchandises vers les clients finaux** (différentes plateformes d'expédition à gérer): gestion des transports nationaux et internationaux, gestion des coûts de transport, gestion de la relation avec les transporteurs (délais, plaintes, SAV, défaut de livraison,...);
- Vous **gérez le transport maritime** (via le / les transporteur(s),** le dédouanement des marchandises** et l'**acheminement des marchandises** vers la société;
- ** Vous veillez à ce que la base de donnée soit à jour** au niveau des caractéristiques des marchandises;
- **Vous assurez le suivi entre le département commercial et logistique** (conformité des commandes, stock des produits,...) ;
- Vous êtes responsable de la** bonne tenue du stock**, et que celui-ci soit en adéquation avec les stocks disponibles sur le système informatique;
- Vous apportez de **nouvelles idées** pour diminuer les coûts (transporteurs,...) et améliorer la qualité du département;
- Vous travaillez en relation directe avec les autres départements de la société et les prestataires externes.

**Profil et compétences**:
**Vos atouts pour le poste**:
- Vous avez une expérience dans la logistique de minimum 3 ans;
- Vous avez une excellente vision d'un département logistique et de son fonctionnement global;
- Vous parlez le Français et l'Anglais (niveau B2), le néerlandais étant un plus;
- Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques (ERP, et Sage est un plus);
- Vous êtes orienté résultats, et avez un véritable team spirit.
