**Welkom bij SD Worx**: Versterk ons reward team (Flex Income Plan) als Consultant met focus op interne documentatie & kennisdeling.
Bij SD Worx zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Consultant om ons Flex Income Plan team te versterken. Naast de bestaande verantwoordelijkheden, breiden we deze rol uit met cruciale taken gericht op interne documentatie en kennisdeling. Dit is jouw kans om te schitteren in een omgeving waar jouw expertise niet alleen wordt gewaardeerd maar ook cruciaal is voor ons succes.
**Jouw rol**:
Naast het leiden van projecten rondom flexibele beloning en strategische, fiscale, en juridische begeleiding van onze klanten, zal je:
- Actief wettelijke wijzigingen monitoren en deze vertalen naar updates voor onze interne tools en processen.
- Samenwerken met juristen en functioneel analisten om te zorgen dat onze systemen en communicatie altijd actueel is.
- De kennis binnen het Flex Income Plan team structureren, zodat deze toegankelijk is voor het hele team.
- Fungeren als een schakelpunt voor kennisdeling, nauwkeurig opvolgen van wijzigende regelgevingen en vertalen naar best practices methodologie flexibel verlonen (onderhouden rekentools).
- De rol van quality controller op je nemen bij de opstart van dossiers, waarbij je zorgt voor nauwkeurige controle.

- Ervaring binnen reward, payroll of consultancy is een plus.
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent in staat complexe informatie toegankelijk te maken.
- Je bent een teamspeler die waarde hecht aan kennisdeling en voortdurende verbetering.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus.
