**Hoe ziet de job van shipping coördinator er uit?**

Als shipping coördinator ben je samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk om alle spares en machines op tijd te verschepen. Je bent verantwoordelijke voor een aantal landen waar je:

- Dagelijks mee in contact staat om de lopende en nieuwe orders op te volgen.
- Je verzorgt de nodige documenten om alles vlot te verschepen.
- Je staat in nauw contact met onze forwarders en transporteurs.
- Daarnaast stem je intern af met de verschillende stakeholders (magazijniers, customer contacts, etc.).
**Hoe ziet jouw profiel er uit?**
- Je hebt een affiniteit voor logistiek en transport
- Je hebt een bachelor/master in een bedrijfseconomische, logistieke of technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent Nederlandstalig. Goede kennis van het Engels is noodzakelijk.
**Extra talen zijn plus**
- Je kan uitstekend overweg met MS Office
- Je bent uitermate klantgericht
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je weet uitstekend te plannen en neemt de nodig acties om je activiteiten binnen de vastgestelde termijn goed uit te voeren
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan je vlot aanpassen aan voortdurend wisselende omstandigheden.
- Je bent zeer analytisch en hebt een gezonde interesse en voeling met IT
- Je werkt zelfstandig in een hecht team en draagt bij aan de teamspirit
- Je bent gedreven en hebt zin voor initiatief
- Je bent een problem-solver en ziet issues als uitdagingen die jou kansen bieden om je kennis uit te breiden
