**OVER DE UGENT**

**OVER CVAMO**
Cost and Value Analytics, Models & Optimization (CVAMO) is een nieuw onderzoekslabo dat bestaat uit 10 professoren en ongeveer 28 pre
- en postdoctorale onderzoekers van verschillende departementen gelinkt aan de opleiding Handelsingenieur binnen de faculteit Economie & Bedrijfskunde (Universiteit Gent). De doelstelling van CVAMO is technologische innovaties succesvol in te zetten om bedrijven te laten groeien en meer competitief te worden. Dit is enkel mogelijk wanneer er een wederzijds begrip is van enerzijds het technologische aspect en anderzijds de kost
- en waardedrijvers.
- CVAMO is een core-labo in het Strategisch Onderzoeks Centrum (SOC) Flanders Make dat onderzoekslabo's samenbrengt van alle Vlaamse Universiteiten. Gebruik makend van high-tech onderzoek ondersteunt Flanders Make bedrijven in de maakindustrie om producten en productieprocessen te ontwikkelen en te optimaliseren.
- Verder is CVAMO deel van Machineries & Factories (M&F). M&F is een industrieel onderzoeksplatform dat ongeveer 125 onderzoekers bijeen brengt van verschillende faculteiten aan de Universiteit Gent en de Howest. De onderzoeksactiviteiten van M&F voegen waarde toe in smart motion products en smart production systems in een Industrie 4.0 context gedreven door digitalizatie en digital twin technologie. Daarnaast is M&F lid van ai.ugent.be en draagt het bij tot het Vlaamse AI onderzoeksprogramma.
**JOUW TAKEN**
- Als Innovatie Manager ben je de link tussen CVAMO en Flanders Make.
- Je vertegenwoordigt CVAMO in Flanders Make en je faciliteert de informatiestromen.
- Samen met de PI's van CVAMO bouw je een onderzoeksagenda uit, je draagt bij aan onderzoeksvoorstellen en volgt als projectmanager lopende onderzoeken binnen het labo op of participeert erin. Projecten kunnen de volgende vormen aannemen: B2B, IOF financiering, VLAIO, O&O, Horizon Europe, enz.
- Je onderhoudt de relaties met de bedrijven die betrokken zijn in het onderzoek van CVAMO.
**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je bent in het bezit van een Doctoraat in de Bedrijfseconomie, bij voorkeur Handelsingenieur.
- Je hebt bewezen ervaring in een of meer van de volgende domeinen: Kostanalyse, Beleidsinformatica, Data Analytics of Operationeel Onderzoek en je hebt ervaring in wetenschappelijk en/of toegepast onderzoek.
- Relevante bedrijfservaring in bovenstaande domeinen strekt tot aanbeveling.
- Je hebt affiniteit en grote interesse in nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen de maakindustrie en het academisch onderzoek in dit domein. Je wil op het raakpunt van beide een bijdrage leveren.
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als meedraaien in teamverband.
- Je hebt sterke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
**ONS AANBOD**
- Wij bieden je een contract van onbepaalde tijd voor een deeltijdse aanstelling van 80%.
- De indiensttreding kan ten vroegste vanaf 01/06/2024.
