**DE JOB**:
Als Head of Real Time Operations is het je missie om beschikbaar te zijn voor het aansturen van een 24/7 verkeersleiding, die garant staat voor een uitstekende dienstverlening, exploitatieveiligheid, kostefficiëntie en klantentevredenheid zodat Infrabel tot de referentie op Europees vlak wordt gemaakt.

Hier zijn meer precies je resultaatsgebieden:

- Bijdragen aan het formuleren van de strategische doelstellingen van Real Time Operations, die je vertaalt naar tactische doelstellingen en tevens zorgen voor de effectieve uitvoering van de activiteiten teneinde de strategische doelstellingen van de entiteit en de organisatie te bereiken.
- Aansturen van de verkeersleiding en activiteiten van de verschillende seinhuizen alsook van de activiteiten gerelateerd aan de operationele regelgeving en de certificering teneinde de efficiëntie van real time en de conformiteit met de Belgische en Europese wetgeving te verzekeren.
- Benchmarken van de organisatie, uitwerken en implementeren van een strategisch plan, alsook optimaliseren van de werking en de organisatie van de seinhuizen teneinde het niveau van dienstverlening inzake verkeersleiding te verbeteren en het gewenste staffing niveau te bereiken, met behoud van de sociale vrede.
- Ingrijpen bij onverwachte gebeurtenissen, beslissingen nemen die de operationele continuïteit maximaal verzekeren en beheren van de relatie met de klanten en/of partners teneinde snel tot oplossingen te komen en de toekomstige samenwerking te vrijwaren.
- Toezien op de conformiteit van de operationele veiligheid binnen onze directie Operations (I-O) met de welzijnsregelgeving, alsook op de certificatie van alle veiligheidsfuncties binnen Infrabel volgens de criteria van de spoorwegveiligheidsorganisatie, zorgen voor de vertaling van het wetgevend kader en de (Europese) regelgevingen naar de dagelijkse operaties inzake verkeersleiding en de brede toepassing op het terrein en de seinhuizen teneinde compliant te zijn en de exploitatie
- en arbeidsveiligheid te verbeteren.
- Organiseren en opvolgen van de activiteiten en projecten binnen de eigen entiteit, voorzien, toewijzen en evalueren van de nodige middelen en resources in functie van de prioriteiten en behoeften en zorgen voor de coherentie en onderlinge aanvulling van de werkzaamheden en/of projecten op transversale wijze teneinde een efficiënte dienstverlening aan te bieden die voldoet aan de eisen inzake economische doelstellingen, arbeidsveiligheid, kwaliteit en exploitatieveiligheid.
- Leiden en inspireren van gemengde, multidisciplinaire en verschillend samengestelde teams en verzekeren van de autonomie en de continue ontwikkeling van de kennis, vaardigheden en knowhow van de medewerkers/medewerksters teneinde hun competenties te onderhouden en te benutten en de goede werking van de entiteit te garanderen.
- Promoten, ondersteunen en vertegenwoordigen van een cultuur en organisatie gericht op het nemen van initiatief en de voortdurende verbetering van diensten, procedures, methodologieën, instrumenten en processen binnen de verschillende teams teneinde de efficiëntie van de entiteit te verhogen en te streven naar de invoering van de door de organisatie gewenste veranderingen.
- Ontwikkelen van een netwerk van interne/externe contacten en optreden als contactpersoon teneinde de samenwerking binnen en buiten de organisatie te optimaliseren, te anticiperen op veranderingen of nieuwe ontwikkelingen en de belangen van de organisatie te behartigen.
- Voortdurend op de hoogte blijven van de evoluties en ontwikkelingen van de activiteiten van de organisatie en haar omgeving, proactief op zoek gaan naar alle relevante informatie evenals voorbereiden van de toekomst door het identificeren en uitwerken van innoverende concepten, tools en/of producten en door Infrabel te positioneren als voortrekker in zijn/haar domein teneinde de risico’s te beheren en opportuniteiten met een strategische impact te benutten, te anticiperen op de evoluties van de markt en de ontwikkeling van de organisatie op lange termijn optimaal te stimuleren en te ondersteunen.

Het betreft een functie van het niveau Dienstchef, en van klasse 2 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je behaalde een Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring met het beheer van operationele activiteiten in een industriele of productie omgeving, idealiter in real time, met aantoonbare resultaten.
- Je hebt succesvolle ervaring in het beheer van activiteiten en projecten met een brede impact op de organisatie.
- Je hebt ervaring met Risk Management, Crisis Management en Change Management, in een ingewikkelde context en met stakeholders die soms uiteenlopende doelstellingen hebben.
- Je hebt een kennis van de spoorwegexploitatie en de veiligheid hieromtrent.
- Idealiter ken je de ETCS en de verschillende niveaus ervan.
- Je hebt ervaring met het budgetbeheer, de algemene principes voor de bepaling van investerings
- en exploitatiebud
