ICARE Executive Search, Recruitment Company, is looking for a Head of Sales for Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland for its client on a permanent contract. The company's head office is based in Mechelen.

Reporting to the Managing Director, and working in the field of oils and additives for internal combustion engines (BtoB), your main task will be to manage a team of around 10 sales representatives in Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

To do this, you will:

- accompany the teams in the field to coach them and optimise their sales techniques
- set and monitor your teams' quantitative and qualitative targets, while instilling positive energy in your team
- integrate, train and develop new sales staff when necessary
- manage certain key account customers directly
- reporting to your superiors

PROFILE

You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a real leader, thanks in particular to at least 5 years' experience in managing a B2B sales team.

You must be bilingual in French and Dutch, and fluency in English is a real plus.
