À propos de Protection UNIT
Protection UNIT est l’acteur 100% belge leader de son secteur (Gardiennage). Dans le cadre de notre développement croissant, notre service « RH » souhaite renforcer son équipe d’un « **Recruitment Officer (h/f/x)**».
Votre mission
- Définir les besoins en recrutement avec vos clients internes, en analysant la demande et les caractéristiques du profil recherché.
- Organiser et réaliser les entretiens de recrutement en utilisant des outils d’évaluation adaptés tels que des tests psychotechniques ou autres ainsi que leur interprétation.
- Assurer le suivi administratif du recrutement, assurer le reporting de suivi via Excel.
- Promouvoir l’entreprise en participant à des événements de recrutement tels que des salons, jobs fairs.
- Développer son réseau professionnel et collaborer avec des partenaires externes
Votre profil
- Vous êtes diplômé-e en gestion des ressources humaines, psychologie du travail, sciences du travail ou similaire.
- Vous avez un expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans le recrutement. La connaissance des métiers du gardiennage est un atout.
- Vous avez de l’aisance avec l’informatique et avez de très bonnes connaissances de la Suite Office.
- Vous possédez de très bonnes compétences en communication en français. La connaissance du néerlandais et de l’anglais sont des atouts.
- Teamplayer organisé-e, flexible, orienté-e qualité/solution et disposant d’excellentes compétences administratives.
- Capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe ;
- Passionné-e par le recrutement, vous savez penser de manière créative et originale dans vos techniques de recrutement
