Protection UNIT, de grootste 100% Belgische speler in de securitysector, blijft groeien. Om ons HR-team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Recruitment Officer (m/v/x) die ons helpt de juiste talenten aan te trekken en ons team uit te bouwen.

**Jouw Rol**:
Als Recruitment Officer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en selecteren van de beste kandidaten (zowel arbeiders als bedienden) die aansluiten bij de ambities van Protection UNIT. Je werkt nauw samen met een Recruitment Officer en ondersteunt de Recruitment Manager actief.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

- Het in kaart brengen van wervingsbehoeften in overleg met interne stakeholders door het profiel en de vereisten zorgvuldig te analyseren.
- Uitvoeren van zoekstrategieën, selecteren van geschikte wervingskanalen, opstellen en publiceren van vacatures en sourcing via ons ATS-systeem.
- Het identificeren, benaderen en voorselecteren van kandidaten, waarbij je nagaat of hun profiel, motivatie en vaardigheden aansluiten bij onze behoeften.
- Organiseren en voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken, inclusief het gebruik en interpreteren van psychometrische testen.
- Verzorging van de administratieve opvolging van wervingen, waaronder het samenstellen van kandidaatendossiers.
- Rapportage van voortgang en resultaten via Excel.
- Vertegenwoordigen van Protection UNIT op wervingsevenementen, zoals beurzen en schoolpresentaties.
- Opbouwen van je professionele netwerk en samenwerking met externe partners.
- Incidenteel bijdragen aan HR-projecten.

**Wat We Van Jou Verwachten**:

- Ervaring: Je hebt 1 tot 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment; kennis van de securitysector is een pluspunt.
- Taalvaardigheden: Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands (mínimaal B2 niveau); Engels is een mooie extra.
- Technische Skills: Ervaring met de Office Suite, vooral met Excel, en bekendheid met ATS-systemen (ervaring met CVWarehouse is een plus).
- Competenties: Je bent een teamspeler met een sterk organisatorisch talent, flexibiliteit, oog voor kwaliteit en sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
- Werkwijze: Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband functioneer je uitstekend.
- Passie voor Rekrutering: Je denkt graag mee en werkt creatieve wervingscampagnes uit in samenwerking met onze communicatieafdeling. Bereidheid tot Leren: Je staat open om de basisopleiding tot beveiliger te volgen, aangeboden door ons bedrijf.
