**Administration Assistant to Sales**
We, ORBOTECH/KLA, currently based in Evere, are looking for an Administration Assistant to our Sales Department. In this position, you will report to the VP Sales/Territory Manager for EMEA.
Tasks will include:
- Assist with reports and presentations preparation
- Agenda management for both internal and external meetings
- Correspondence with internal customers, including KLA/Orbotech WW entities
- Support Sales and Marketing events and activities
- Verify all data transfer from Salesforce to SAP systems
- Analyze the Booking forecast gap between Salesforce and SAP to maintain the data accuracy in SAP system on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Weekly prepare the reconciliation report of Salesforce and SAP weekly
- Build sales quotations in SAP
- Occasionally assist the EMEA Territory Customer Support manager and HR manager with Administration
**Skills & Competencies**
**Language skills**:
- English (Company language, writing and speaking)
- Dutch
- French
- Other languages are an asset
**SW Skills**:
- Excellent MS office suite, on Window 2010
- Remote meeting tools including Zoom, MS Teams
- Sales Force experience (Asset)
**Competencies**
- Numerate
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent and Flexible, working within a small Team
- Proactive approach.

**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelor/Graduate or Equivalent or work experience of 3 years or more.
