De Head of Change Life & Health bepaalt en beheert de uitrol en het ritme van de veranderingsprocessen voor de Life & Health business.
Daartoe mobiliseert hij/zij de volledige keten binnen en buiten de BU en beheert hij/zij rechtstreeks de 'interne' veranderingshefbomen van de BU, met een extra uitdaging om de aanwezige capaciteiten aanzienlijk te verbeteren en dit binnen 2 tot 3 jaar.
Hij/zij ondersteunt rechtstreeks de strategische veranderingsfunctie en leidt de volgende functies: Processen, Kenniscentrum, Business Solutions, Interne Controle en Compliance.
De Head of Change Life & Health is lid van het managementteam Life & Health.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Orkestreren van de L&H strategiebepaling (incl. top line & technische marge ambitie).
- Bepalen van het ritme voor de veranderingsprocessen en het aansturen van het uitvoeringsplan - met o.a. een focus op L&H Information Capital en ONE AXA alignment
- Aansturen van de L&H transversale (data gedreven) studies om de business te sturen
- Aansturen en implementeren van E2E procesveranderingen (innovatie, eenvoud, regelgeving)
- Uitbouwen en beheren van het leercentrum en beheren van de instructies in een nieuwe datawereld.
- Beheren van bedrijfsoplossingen en het opmaken van de bedrijfsrapportage.
- Interne controles en nalevingsraamwerk implementeren; 1e lijnen coördineren.
- BU-uitgaven beheren en de input bepalen voor de verdeelsleutels.
- BU interne communicatie beheren.
De functie is direct verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en faciliteren van de volgende organen:
- Maandelijkse Business Review (met o.a. CEO, CDO, CFO)
- Maandelijks Sales & Marketing Comité (met o.a. CDO)
- Maandelijks Comité voor onkostencontrole
- Wekelijkse Life & Health managementteam
De functie vertegenwoordigt de BU in de belangrijkste transversale bestuursorganen:
- Binnen Life & Health:
- het managementteam, de managers, experts op basis van agenda
- Buiten Life & Health:
- CEO, CDO, CFO, CRO
- Life & Health Performance Managers binnen Finance
- Belangrijke Life & Health stakeholders binnen Distribution en Customer & Data
- Manager Transfo Life & Health, Manager IT Life
- Compliance Officer
